- 75 grams Softened cream cheese
- 3 gram Chicken bouillon (stock cube) Or Veg bouillon (stock cube)
- 0.5 gram Grated nutmeg
- 1 gram White pepper
- 1 grams Mustard Powder
- 450 gram Sharp or medium grated cheddar cheese
Instructions

- Salt the water generously for flavor.

- When timer goes off, add broccoli to the pasta water.
- Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
