- Eggs: Approximately 200g (4 large eggs; each large egg is roughly 50g)
- Vanilla extract: 5g (
- Granulated sugar: 25g
- Baking powder: 12g
- All-purpose flour: 120g
- Canola oil: 60g
Instructions
Prepare the Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ingredients in this order:
- 340g cottage cheese
- 200g eggs (4 large eggs)
- 5g vanilla extract
- 25g sugar
- 12g baking powder
- 120g flour
Preheat the Skillet:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add a portion of the 60g canola oil to the skillet, just enough to lightly coat the bottom.
Cook the Pancakes:
- Pour small portions of the batter onto the heated skillet to form pancakes.
- Cook until golden brown on the bottom, then flip and cook the other side until also golden brown.
- Add more oil to the skillet as needed between batches.
