Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets (such as cod or haddock), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for deep frying (vegetable oil is fine)
For the mint chutney:
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 2-3 green chilies
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
