Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 100 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 60 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter (approximately 14 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Instructions Melt the Cheese :In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the cream cheese, heavy cream, and almond milk. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the Cheddar: Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until the cheese is fully melted and the dip is smooth.
  3. Season the Dip :Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  4. Serve: Transfer the cheese dip to a serving bowl and enjoy with low-carb vegetables like celery sticks, bell pepper slices, or keto-friendly chips.
