Method
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) or 180°C (356°F) for fan ovens. Line a 12-hole muffin tin with paper cases.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the plain flour, wholewheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Prepare Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the whole milk, egg, cottage cheese, melted butter, feta cheese, mustard, dill, and black pepper until well combined.
