Notes
Raita is dish servied with curries, mixed grills, naans, vegetarian food and is mainly used to help accompany the dish but also cool down the spicy flavours used in Indian cooking.
You can use it with any of the dishes and recipes i've created here, click for all my Indian Desi Pub recipes and paid any of them with Raita!!!
