Method
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, and all the spices.
- Add the prawns to the marinade and coat well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill or tandoor to high heat.
- Thread the marinated prawns onto skewers.
- Brush with oil and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and slightly charred.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh coriander.
Notes
