Method
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, cardamoms, and cloves. Let them sizzle.
- Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree and all the spices. Cook for 10-15 minutes until oil separates.
- Add water and green peas. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Crush kasoori methi between palms and add to the curry along with garam masala.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
Notes
