Prepare the Base
- In a medium sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly to thicken further if needed.
- Serve the Gorgonzola cream sauce over pasta, gnocchi, steak, or roasted vegetables.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
